Blaupunkt Knob Fix. My Blaupunkt (my son pronounces it Blau-punk-it) suffered from a loose on-off/volume knob. Thus, to turn the radio on or off, I had to remove the knob to turn the shaft. What happens is the plastic retainer inside the rubber knob cracks and loses its strength. Hello, I just bought a Blaupunkt Arkanas deluxe Radio and I'm not sure how to turn the radio on. I wasn't sure if there was another switch. The lights work but the radio doesnt turn on. The Blaupunkt MB06 speaker can turn itself off both in wireless mode and when connected to power. Before taking further action, you should check a few possible causes: 1. Make sure the power connection is correct and the main power switch is turned on. 2. Check if the battery is charged. If the battery is depleted, it should be recharged. 3. 4.
